The New Coraline Website

I feel a special kinship with Neil Gaiman’s Coraline. Getting an autographed copy of the novel was a special kind of kismet – the kind you only find in Toronto.

As more details about the upcoming film Coraline, adapted and Directed by stop-motion maestro Henry Selick, there is more and more cause for excitement. Sadly, my wife is creeped out by stop-motion animation, so I don’t think she’ll be joining me to see it, and my daughter is a little too little to handle witches and parallel worlds, so she’ll have to sit this one out for at least 8 or 9 more years, but that won’t keep me out of the theatre.

The website is impressive, moreso than anything that the Harry Potter franchise has ever pulled off for their online campaigns. They just really need to spread the word about it properly so that everyone can enjoy it. Which, of course, brings us to the reason we’re all here. Why don’t you click here and check out the new website for Coraline and immerse yourself in what looks to be a stunning adaptation of Gaiman’s work.
