Welcome to the podcast for the modern movie watcher. The Film Cynics were once a pair of surly video store clerks that eventually worked their way into the biz. After bouncing around in the industry for a while, they decided to stay true to the adage of: Those who can’t do, teach. And those who can’t find teaching jobs, create websites so they can spout off about movies and TV and anything in pop culture that catches their short attention spans. In our podcast you’ll be able to tune into our radio show on CFAX 1070.

Zack Snyder’s latest adaptation has a very different tone and style than any of his previous work. Legend of The Guardians is a not of a dichotomy in that respect. It has that signature Snyder coolness, but it’s a kids movie starring warrior owls so it’s pretty weird. Find out where Brian and Steve come out on this one.
